Senior Legal Counsel
Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Luxembourg
Review and drafting of all types of contracts (covering a diversity of activities, such as loans, service providers, financial counterparts)
General legal assistance to all bank departments
Law studies (UK, additional France or Belgium would be a plus)
Minimum knowledge of Luxembourg banking and company law
Languages: excellent written and spoken English and French essential, and Italian and/or German a plus
Capacity to draft and review all types of loan documentation and ancillary contracts, essentially under English and other laws
Capacity to review market counterpart documentation (ISDA, etc)
Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions
Indefinite period of time
