The Bank mainly serves Corporate clients and Financial Institutions in close coordination with the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, offering a wide range of products, which can be summarized as: Corporate Lending and Securitization services, Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Structured Export Finance (SEF), Fund Financing, Structured Finance and Capital Market Services.
ISPBL, in line with the service model adopted by the Division, serves as a local bank specializing in the development of product activities with major international Corporate and FIs, including specialized loans, Treasury products and debt programs, and acts as a local platform to support the Intesa Sanpaolo’s International network in structuring and underwriting international corporate debt, monitoring, managing and optimizing credit books.
